Job Description

•Manage a team of Process Engineers, in leading them towards achieving the company’s goals and objectives.

•Able to provide technical guidance to the engineers with regards to Process Stability and Productivity Improvement.

•Have the ability to manage projects to meet the goals and timeline (PDCA)

•Develop team members to excel in their performance and advance in their careers.

•Drive the engineering excellence teams to exceed manufacturing parameter targets and achieve high levels of process & equipment performance.

•Liaise with external suppliers and professionals from other sites to provide specific needs for the department.

 

Requirements

•Bachelor in Material Science / Electrical & Electronics / Chemical Engineering preferably with relevant >10 years working experience in Photolithography Process with >5 years in managerial position.

•Ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers with clear direction for achieving company’s goal. (Note: to lead 2 team leaders & 6 Engineers)

•Ability to work in a cross functional team

•Technical skills including problem-solving, statistical data analysis and design of experiment is essential

•Having experience in both Photo Process and Photo Equipment will be an advantage.
