Role Summary:
You will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Automated Material Handling System (AMHS).
Key Responsibilities:
•System design and implementation: Design and configure AMHS systems to meet production and efficiency goals including system installation, configuration, and testing.
•Collaboration with other departments: Work closely with Manufacturing, Module, Facility, IT & Logistics team to integrate AMHS with other production systems.
•System optimization & continuous improvement: Analyze AMHS performance and identify area for improvement to enhance speed and upgrade system if needed.
•Data Analysis & reporting: Monitor and analyze AMHS data to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions.
•Compliance & safety: Ensure AMHS installation/operations comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements, conduct safety check and risk assessments for AMHS processes and equipment.
•Project Management: Management on cost, manpower, quality, scope and schedule to ensure it delivery on time and within budget.
•Maintenance: Define and Manage equipment maintenance schedule and technique.
•Training & Documentation: Establish Training system & SOP to AE/out-sourcing for tool PM, error recovery and daily operation work.
Requirement:
•Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
•Minimum 1 year related experience in automation or AMHS industry background.
•Strong understanding of semiconductor technology is preferable.
•Understand factory automation technology and equipment such as robots, AMHS, MCS and MES etc.
•Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: C, C++, C#, Java, or Python.
•Knowledge in relational Database (MS SQL Server, Oracle DB)
•Proficiency in utilising SiView and Factorywork systems.
