Responsibilities:

1.To establish systems/guidance in developing, sustenance and improvement of process capability indices to exceed/meet operations goals.

2.Perform shift duties to support production when requested

3. Monitor process performance indices on qualified processes and establish good controls to maintain process performance

4.Troubleshoot out-of-control situations and process issues and put corrective actions in place

5. Start-up new equipment processes which involves process characterization and development

6. Work as a team with equipment, integration and manufacturing engineers and external customers to meet modules objectives

7. Establish work procedures, corrective actions and preventions

8. Oversee all Special Test Request, Non Conformance

9. Review, Engineering Abnormal Report status and follow-up actions

10. Manage/drive vendors performance to meet/exceed equipment KPI and goals

11. Ensure productivity improvement through process optimization through the use of quality improvements tools

12. Establish and maintain a good audit system for ISO requirements, internal and QA audit on process documentation

13. Participate in continuous improvement programs to optimize cost of maintenance and implement improvement projects to upkeep process capabilities and reliabilities

14. Initiate, organize, develop and lead task-force for short term problem solving and long term continuous improvement

Requirements:

1.Min Bachelor in Electrical / Electronics / Materials / Microelectronics Engineering / or the equivalent

2.ASML, PAS/ XT Scanner, TEL ACT8 Track, Hitachi CDSEM, KT5300/ 5200 Overlay tool knowledge
