职位：Equipment AE (Litho/Etch/Implant/Thin Film/CMP/Clean Tech/Metro/Diffusion)
Job Scope:
•Perform 12-hour shift to support the running of Production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for production.
•Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration on a timely basis.
•Assist Engineer in the installation and hook-up of new equipment.
•Troubleshoot equipment-related issues and minimize equipment downtime. Assist in implementing equipment improvement project.
•Participate in Quality Improvement Team program to improve productivity and output quality of the Module and constantly monitor and feedback to Engineers to improve performance of equipment to meet Module objectives.
•Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module.
•Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
职位要求：
1) 大专学历，理工科专业；
2) 有2年以上8寸或12寸半导体晶圆厂设备经验；
3) 良好的英文书写和沟通能力；
4) 愿意做12个小时轮班；
薪资待遇：
1) 底薪 2300-3000新币 （根据经验而定）(人民币对新币是1:5)；
2) 12个小时轮班，早班津贴：10新币/班；晚班津贴：24新币/班；做三休四或者做四休三；
3)一年固定13个月薪水，花红另算；
