Responsibilities :
·Responsible for the industrialization of Color, Material, Finishing (CMF) for consumer/industrial product.
·Perform industrialization of CMF from conceptual design/prototype to mass production.
·Work with the R&D team and part suppliers throughout the product cycle in a fast-paced environment.
·Explore and develop cosmetic finishing processes with vendors.
·Support mechanical product design in areas of plastic injection parts and sheet metal stamping parts.
·Review and evaluate vendors for performance.
·Lead project discussions as and when required.
·Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company.
Requirements :
·Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.
·Strong knowledge and experience in painting, silk-printing, IMD, VM.and other seconding processes pre-ferred.
·Plastic/ Metal parts design background with good understanding of appearance/ cosmetic requirement.
·Understanding of plastic Injection, metal die casting, metal stamping are added advantages.
·Quality Assurance background/ ME procurement background.
·Good team player with strong passion for design.
·Familiarity with CAD tools like Pro Engineer and Solid Designer.
