Responsibilities:

1.Coordinate broad market accounts activities in South China;

2.Develop territorial Channel Partner relationships, envision and drive company’ internal marketing/product strategies and collaborations with channel partner;

3.Align Key customers business strategies with sales activities;

4.Emerge major customers opportunities, maintain/track all the opportunities in system;

5.Focus on business potentials which will bring immediate revenues in 3 to 12 months;

6.Work with and focus on developing business relationship and opportunities with channel partner;

7.Responsible for Realizing sales/business targets on monthly/quarterly and yearly basis;

8.Quarterly FCST update responsibility;

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor or Master with focus on RF/Microwave Engineering Engineering/Science Major is a plus;

2.At least 5 years business oriented job experiences Sales/Marketing is preferred; RF backgrounds is a plus;

3.Integrity, open-mind, self-motivated, team-work spirit, flexible, adaptive, goal driven and determined;

4.Fluent, oral and written in English and Chinese;

5.Good at Microsoft Office Tools;

6.Team player, dedicated, strong communications and interpersonal skills;

7.Willing to travel when needed (<50%);
