Responsibilities:

1. Take business ownership andprovide the direction for responsible products to drive revenue andprofitability growth
2. Own success for new productsfrom concept definition to mass production through effectively working on 4Ps(product, price, promotion, and place)
3. Define andexecute product roadmap, effectively manage product portfolio.
4. Drive market and competitoranalysis.
5. Lead product promotion materialcreation, train sales, regional marketing, and distributors on behalf ofproducts in charge
6. Actively work with the Salesorganization to generate more revenue and demand creation for the assignedproduct family

Qualifications:

1. 6+ years' experience in productmarketing, strategic marketing, sales or regional marketing in high-tech powersemiconductor industry
2. Extensive knowledge about Powersemiconductors (IGBT, MOSFETs, IC, power module) and its related markets ishighly appreciated
3. Must be a team player and ableto work under high stress
4. Strong analytical skills, beable to communicate complex issues in a condensed form
5. A proactive mind set where youown the overall success of the product in charge
6. Bachelor degree or above inPhysics, Engineering, or similar field
7. Ability to travel up to 50% (domesticand international)
