Job Responsibilities:
1.Manage project supply chain operations to ensure reliable supply at lowest total cost
2.Lead a team to execute PRs and manage delivery schedule to meet customer’s requirement
3.Control inventory at optimum level and to ensure data integrity
4.Works with Logistics, Operation to ensure that material deliveries are optimized (time, quality, and cost).
5.Collaborate with production, Engineering, QA…etc. to optimize production capacity and supply chain materials utilization
6.Responsible for tactical procurement execution to assure supply for assigned material, equipment, and services. Duties include communication to suppliers, monitoring of deliveries, expediting materials, and resolving billing discrepancies as needed.
7.Supports salvage and recycling programs of all assigned materials and scrap reduction efforts in coordination with production and engineering.
8.Collects, analyses, and summarizes supply management performance metrics against objectives including quality, cost, on-time delivery, and lead-time. Communicates results and works with suppliers to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree above in international trade, logistics, electronics etc.
2.At Least 15 years working experience and more than 10 years supply chain management experience in electronics manufacturing environment.
3.Enjoy working together and be true spirit.
4.Be able to work under pressure.
5.Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
6.Familiar with supply chain management process. Good logistics knowledge and flexibly put into use.
7.Familiar with production process, good command of products life cycle..
8.Good command of Microsoft office and supply chain relevant software.
9.Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability.
