Responsibilities：
- New product introduction.
- New tester setup.
- Create and maintain related document.
- Analyze and evaluate new and existing test equipment/data (CKP/GR&R) to optimize test efficiency and improve system stability.
- Failure analyze and do corrective action for yield improvement.
- Test equipment maintenance and trouble shooting.
- Training test technician.
- NPI project evaluation for test section before mass production implement.
- Work with R&D for new products EVT/DVT/PVT.
- Work with R&D for test hardware & software improvement.
- Work with R&D for high level troubleshooting.
- Another task assignment assigned by supervisor or high level.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years working experience in FCT Test Engineering in EMS factory.
- Bachelor or above in Engineering education background.
- Fluent oral English
- Has RF knowledge
- Be able to conduct trouble shooting or other analysis
- Ability to travel is required.
