Responsibility:
• To understand Wafer Sort, Final Test Flow and Failure Mode
• To analysis sort yield vs wafer process parameters.
• To monitor daily sort result.
• To communicate with subcon on testing related yield loss issue.
• To collect bitmap and test result.
• Understand wafer sort and final test and correlate to wafer process parameters.
• Monitor product sort result daily. Feedback testing related issue to subcon.
• Support lot disposition.
• Collect bitmap and test result for failure analysis
• Execute physical failure analysis or cooperate with failure analysis team to to physical failure analysis.
• Support cost reduction through yield improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Science in Chemistry/ Physics/ MaterialSciences
- More than 2 years' product engineering or PIE experience.
- Experience in circuit design andprocess/circuit simulation will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical skills
