Responsibility:
• Track inline defect trend charts on weekly basis. 
• Liaise with process engineers in different modules to troubleshoot for inline defects and defect reduction activities, and ability to employ appropriate D0 inspection tool to capture DOI. 
• Provide scan support capabilities to YE/ PI group on yield improvement activities. 
• Provide support to yield prediction and integrated yield management activities. 
• Identify causes of low sort yield and Etest failure through systematic analysis and drive for yield improvement. 
• Provide D0 and CIP to customer during regular conference call/fab matrix review or customer visit. 
 
Requirements: 
• Bachelor in Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics. 
• At least 2 years of Defect or Yield working experience.
• Good team player. 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
