职位介绍：
Responsibility
1) To improve and sustainall equipment performance indices to meet Module goals in productivity, cost, and quality
2) Know how to use SPACE to monitor and analyze SPC charts. Know how to use JMP to analyze engineeringexperiments
3) Know how to use measurement instruments effectively in data collection
4) Understand of FMEA andable to utilize it to identify tool weaknesses and focus areas to work on
5)Able to create PROMIS(SiView) DC OP and SPC charts
6) Troubleshoot chronic /reoccurring equipment related problems to minimize equipment downtime
7) Monitor and control equipment performance indices. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) when required
Requirements
1. Bachelor/Master in Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Chemical Engineering or Degree in Physics/Chemistry
2. At least 2 years of Equipment experience(Etch/Implant/Litho/Diffusion/Wet/CVD/PVD
etc)
3. Good interpersonal skill
4. Good team player
