ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage the technical communication with the Customers.
2.Provide quick and efficient response to the customer requests.
3.Provide comprehensive customer interface on customerquality issues, insuring that any potential issue is being responded to in atimely manner, managed, and closed.
4.Position would provide detailed notes to the CustomerSupport team on the problem, and escalate the issue to management, if it is notbeing dealt with in the professional manner by the company team.
5.Contribute to the weekly and monthly accounts reportings.
6. Provide a professional on-site presence as company’srepresentative.
7. Diffuse Customer’s voice during Customer audits.
8. Foster cross-functional and cross cultural collaborationand cooperation between company and Customers teams by interacting andcommunicating with Engineering, Quality and Program.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
1.Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or relatedfield required.
2.5 to 10 years of related experience, prior experience inthe semiconductor industry desired.
3. Strong experience (5 years) in Customer Support Management in the semiconductor industry.
4.Strong working knowledge of the Front End CMOS process.
5.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PC basedapplications.
6. Knowledge of Microsoft project or other project planningtool, desired.
7.Strong communication skills, verbal, written andinterpersonal.
