职位：Qualification Engineering Engineer
工作地点： 上海浦东(会需要去无锡出差)
Job Description:
- Plan, organize, supervise and monitor the qualification lots built in assembly and test line at subcons
- Working with subcons to support EBR(Engineering Build Request)/Qualification lots to complete on time
- EBR/Qualifiaction lots should pass reliability test in 1st attempt
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform full characterization of BOM change , processes change/improvement , equipment parameter for new packages
Support to Define experiments to identify process corners for new materials
Heavily involve in understanding and development of critical material characteristics of Bill Of Material (BOM)
Define DOEs to analyze performance of various assembly materials (mold compounds, die-attach poxies, solders, wire etc.). Review results of experiments to finalize raw material vendor selection
To overseeing, supervise, plan, arrange and optimize a manufacturing process at subcon to ensure good quality EBRs submit for reliability test
Generate EBR (Engineering Build Request) for Qualification lots to build at subcon
Implement and develop process control procedures and techniques into the manufacturing environments
Evaluating products according to the quality specifications and standards and conferring with subcon to determine equipments used and product specification
Evaluate, develop, improve and documented the manufacturing process.
Support ,research and benchmark different assembly bills of materials used in the IC and Power Semiconductor industry to achieved quality requirement
Able to document, implement, create and develop procedures which are required to manufacture, assembly, test and process of the new products
Ability to review and generate Process FMEA and Control Plan
Support cost reduction projects
Present data/report for PCRB (Process Change Review Board) review
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical or Material Science Engineering
10+ years experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment; Power-semiconductor experience preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills especially in Mandarin and English
Thorough knowledge of semiconductor assembly processes and reliability testing
Project management, leadership and team work skills are important to ensure that all factors come together to complete a given assignment on time.
A solid foundation in engineering concepts
DESIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
This position involves constant interaction with various assembly sub-contractors, raw material vendors and equipment suppliers
Good analytical and problem solving skills, as well as a keen attention to detail are also essential Process Engineer skills
