Responsibilities
•Overall supervision of operational activities in ensuring productive use of man, process and equipment to meet the company’s objectives
•Lead, manage and train a team of Production Technical Assistants / Specialists / Line Leaders in the day-to-day operations to meet daily targets
•Optimize WIP management to maximize throughput and linearity
•Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity
•Present daily production indices in module meetings and highlight key priorities for the Engineering team to focus
Requirements
•本科以上学历，理工科专业
•2年以上相关工作经验，最好是半导体厂ME的经验
•可以接受12个小时轮班
