Responsibilities:
In-charge of Overall Equipment Efficiency of DISCO Backgrind, Mounters and Laminators
Co-work with Process Engineering to analyze components of machine induced quality defects
Qualify new machine model and define workmanship criteria
Coordinates with machine maker to improve/enhance machine performance and upgrade machine capability
Update machine specification, troubleshooting guide, safety procedures and capability matrix
Co-work with Process Engineering team to ensure successful and timely transfer of devices from Qual/Ramp-up Team
Preventive Maintenance
Able to troubleshoot, repair and recover
Preferably Senior Engineer capacity assume leadership responsibility and working with a team technicians/AE
Machine OEE and downtime reduction.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2 years experience/exposure to the field of semiconductor equipment maintenance.
Knowledgeable in Front-of-line machines and experience with DISCO Backgrind machine will be a great advantage.
Production hands-on experience/strong capability in equipment troubleshooting
