工程师职位介绍：
Responsibility
1.To perform systematic analysis of inline/ET/yield data so as to drive/improve both inline, post-Fab scraps and sort yield.
2.Identify causes of low sort yield and ETEST failure through systematic analysis and drive for yield improvement.
3.Investigate causes for high DD and line excursions with Yield Defect Density/Modules engineers and provide working solutions.
4.Work closely with process/equipment engineers to improve on both line yield and sort yield.
5.Maintain and fine-tune existing process technologies for baseline improvement and support continuous yield enhancement.
Requirements
1. Bachelor /Master in Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Chemical Engineering or Degree in Physics/Chemistry.
2. At least 2 years of Yield or Defect experience.
3. Good interpersonal skill.
4. Good team player.

Job Description:
1. Assist the Engineers to perform troubleshooting to drive for defect reduction and improvement yield
2. Supervise and train DO technical assistants and specialists
3. Operate defect inspection tools such AIT, CRS1200, Quest and LECIA systems.
4. Create recipes for defect inspection tools such as AIT and KLA21XX
5. Operate SEM/EDX for inline failure analysis
职位要求：
1. 大专以上学历，理工科专业
2. 至少2年以上半导体相关工作经验
3. 愿意做12个小时的轮班
4. 有良好的英文沟通能力
