Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute various projects and tasks based on the objectives set by Management
Manage various projects to ensure they are carried out according to schedule
Technical report writing and report projects’ progress
Provide On-The-Job Training and coaching to existing and new subordinates
Approval of new sample testing and quality test report
Liaise with respective person in charge on R&D analysis equipments (SEM-EDX, GD, FTIR, etc) on utilization
Requirements:
Bachelor in Chemistry, Material Engineering or equivalent discipline
At least 4 years of relevant working experience in semiconductor industry and in Surface finishing (LED, Wafer Fab, PCB)
